Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the execution and profitable delivery of the Warehouse Management & Local Distribution of products in alignment with company strategy and objectives.
  • Responsible for overseeing the overall activities of the Container Freight Station (CFS) business unit for Port Klang and Penang.
  • Manage the development of profitable revenue growth through developing existing customers and acquiring new customers.
  • Manage logistics and warehouse P&L to achieve the critical financial numbers.
  • Establish relationships with potential customers and to provide the best end-to-end solution from consolidation, transhipments, distribution and other value-added services.
  • Responsible for all Logistics Operations & Warehouse activities and marketing to ensure the delivery in cost effective manner.
  • Evaluate and monitor operational risks, develop contingency plans and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage productivity and profitability on the day-to-day operations, quality of the services as well as development of skills manpower.

Requirements:
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation & Logistics or equivalent.
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in logistics/freight forwarding is required for this position.
  • Experience in manging Container Freight Station Warehouse for freight forwarding company is required.
  • Experience of road freight / warehousing in a freight forwarding industry with an understanding of integrated transport requirements and solutions across transport modes.
  • Candidates who are sales-oriented and have strong selling capabilities are preferred.
  • Extensive experience of Sea Freight (Import & Export) management.

Fleet Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate with vendors for truck booking and availability.
  • Update status for arrival, pickup and delivery, and PODs.
  • Update customers on delivery truck status (arrival, pickup and delivery).
  • Assist for haulage ordering, planning and operations.
  • Handle any incident/accident or other issue related in fixing shipping errors.
  • Preparing billing and invoice in SysFreight (Freight System) and ensure invoice from vendors receive before dateline.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels.
  • Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
  • Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational schedule.

Forwarding Coordinator - 1 VACANCY (PENANG BRANCH)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to ensure inventory and stock accuracy through regular cycle count as well as maintained with constructive action and procedures.
  • Responsible to handle warehouse storage and plan stock layout according to classification.
  • Coordinate the import and export operations on Customs Clearance.
  • Well verse in handling and processing Custom documents (K1 – K9).
  • Responsible to track incoming shipment & liaise with freight forwarder, transporter, Custom Department & related government bodies.

  • Actively organizing sales activities and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop new initiatives to drive sales growth and support business expansion.
  • Establish sales business plan to promote and sell services to existing or potential clients which target to expand customer database.

Ocean Export Coordinator - 6 VACANCY (SHAH ALAM BRANCH)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support to all vendors, suppliers, agents, and government agencies to facilitate the export objective while ensuring accurate accounting functions relating to the billing, distribution, and collection of funds.
  • Timely preparation of all required documentation (Letter of credit, Ocean Bill of Lading, Service Report Log, etc) for export functions and international transportation.
