Group Executive Leadership

Michael Soh
Group Chairman

Michael Soh founded Quanterm Logistics in 1992 with a vision to build a partnership-driven logistics company. In the company’s earliest days, he personally managed operations, sales, and accounts, and even developed a cargo consolidation system at a time when such solutions were exceptional.

Guided from the beginning by faith-based values and a deep commitment to social responsibility, Michael’s leadership philosophy combined infrastructure investment, regional expansion, and long-term partnerships with a sense of purpose. He has consistently supported NGOs and organizations dedicated to fighting poverty and injustice across the globe.

Over more than three decades, Michael has grown from a hands-on operator into a strategic Chairman, building a diverse and capable executive leadership team. In times of crisis, he leads with transparency, accountability, and unity—principles that have propelled Quanterm’s footprint to eight countries across the Asia-Pacific.

Today, as the Chairman of Quanterm, Michael focuses on global expansion, developing future leaders, and fostering a collaborative culture that drives sustainable growth for both the business and the communities it serves.
